"I Am A Millennial: The Importance of the Youth & Minority Vote" is an event that had five panelists that discussed the importance of students voting in the 2014 midterm elections. The panelists included Maria Teresa Kumar (President/CEO of Voto Latino), Mini Timmaraju (Asian Pacific Islander American Vote (APIAVote) Board Member), Mallory Garner Wells (Public Policy Director for Equality Florida), Dr. Dan Smith (University of Florida Political Science Professor), LaToya Hunter (UF Doctoral Student).
